Returns and Exchange Goods Dream Shop

You can return or exchange the purchased products within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.

The exchange service is free and allows you to receive a shopping voucher for the total amount of your order + a gift!

Procedure for change of size, change of model, color change or simple return of goods 
You can return or replace the purchased products within 14 days (not working but sunny) from the date on which the goods were delivered to you.

To proceed with the change / return, follow the following steps:
1. DOWNLOAD THE MODULE OF CHANGE/RETURN GOODS and print it
2. Fill in the form with the requested data
3. Take a photo or scan of the completed form and send it to the e-mail address: rese@dream-shop.it or via whatsapp at +393533744357
4. Wait for our written OK for exchange acceptance and address to ship the goods
5. Package the products received well so that they do not get damaged in transit. In case of damage we will not be able to exchange.
6. Send your package, you can rely on a courier of your choice or send it by post, we recommend that you always use a tracked shipping method to avoid loss.
7. Wait for us to communicate via e-mail that the package has been received + discount coupon for the total amount of the products you intend to exchange + gift coupon.

NB: if the payment was made by credit card, the refund is always made to the credit card.

In the event that your order has been delivered by one of our foreign suppliers, the return package will be sent to the address provided via whastapp within the terms established by the supplier.


Procedure for returning goods

To proceed with the return of the goods, follow the steps below:
1. DOWNLOAD THE MODULE OF CHANGE/RETURN GOODS and print it

2. Fill out the form with the requested data
3. Send the form by registered letter with return receipt to: "Dream Shop, corso Svizzera 185, 10149 Turin (TO), Italy"
4. Before sending the registered letter, check that no more than 14 days have passed since the delivery date, as evidenced by the postmark. IMPORTANT: send via whastapp to +39 353 3744357 the shipping receipt of the registered mail within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package or we will not be able to open the return procedure and therefore refund you.
5. Wait for our e-mail or whastapp notification of registered receipt to send the goods.
6. After our ok by email or whatsapp, send the goods to the address that we will provide.
7. The shipping of the registered letter and the goods is at your expense, you can rely on a courier of your choice or send it by post, we recommend that you always use a tracked shipping method.
8. Wait for our refund confirmation email.
9. Shipping and cash on delivery costs are not refunded.

Timing for reimbursement

Refunds for goods returns are made within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the package at our warehouses. You will receive a refund confirmation email.

Items excluded from refund

1. Handmade and / or custom / vintage garments such as Levis, Converse and tailored suits cannot be refunded.
2. Items on sale highter then 50% cannot be returned or exchanged
3. For hygienic reasons no changes and returns on underwear, shoes, masks and swimwear are made.
4. The garments in size XXL, XXXL, XXXXL, 48, 50, 52 etc. they cannot be replaced as they are made at the customer's request. Please check the measurements carefully before purchasing and / or make sure through whastapp customer service +39 3533744357 that the size is suitable for your body size.
5. Items of less than € 50 (Article 47, paragraph 2, Consumer Code).
6. Items in real fur (fox, raccoon, etc.) as they are made to measure and explicitly requested by the end customer.

7. Household items such as linens, carpets, curtains, etc.
