DISCLOSURE PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF THE DLGS. N. 196/2003 (so-called "PRIVACY CODE")

Purposes
Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree n.196 / 2003, we inform you that the data you provide or otherwise acquired will be processed by Dream Shop, using paper and computerized / telematic methods:
a) for the performance of the service requested by you, for the fulfillment of the related legal obligations, as well as for the activities connected with and instrumental to the management of the contractual relationship;
b) for promotional and advertising purposes of a commercial nature, marketing activities, for the forwarding of materials / offers through the various mailing systems, as well as for information on the initiatives / events organized;
c) for market research, statistics, other purposes of study;

Nature of treatment
For the purposes referred to in point a), b), c) the provision of data is MANDATORY. In particular, the data required by the REGISTRATION FORM (EMAIL - NAME - SURNAME) are OBLIGATORY. In the absence / absence of the provision of such data, it will not be possible to provide the service. Your personal data will NOT be disclosed or communicated to third parties unrelated to the process of execution of the service requested or the purposes indicated, nor even transferred abroad, except in compliance with the art. 43 and ss. of the Legislative Decree 196/2003.

Safety

Right of access to personal data and other rights (Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003)

e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where this fulfillment is it proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him / her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

Changes and updates to the Privacy Policy
It is possible to modify or simply update, in whole or in part, this Privacy Policy also in consideration of the modification of the laws or regulations that regulate this matter and protect the rights of the consumer. Changes and updates to the Privacy Policy will be binding as soon as they are published on the website in this section.
